I've MP domicile and also applied for MP counseling. My parents are natives of UP so can I participate in UP 85% state counseling with UP domicile?

hi! i would like to inform you that A Domicile Certificate in the state of Uttar Pradesh is issued to a person whose parents are permanent residents of the district, or to a person who has been residing in the district for a period of not less than 3 years. therefore, you can only apply for up domicile counselling if you can comply with these terms
