I've paid for the final registration and yet it says that I didn't completed all the steps n I didn't even get the confirmation page. Why?

I suggst you to try clearing the cache, browsing history, restart your system and relogin. It worked for few students and it might work for you as well. AIIMS hasn't released any resolution till now for technical errors.
