If you don't want to appear for the examination of February attempt then simply don't go for the examination. You cannot withdraw your registration or get your money back. The application fee is non refundable. So if you don't want to attempt the exam, don't go for it. Although I would advice you to appear for it as not attempting it would give you no benefits as you will not get back your application fee.
Hi
I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but now there is no way to withdraw your february session as correction window has already passed and that time you had opportunity to edit the number of sessions you want to appear in and if that time you had removed February session then you would have even got the application fee that you had paid for February session but now nothing can be done .
But yes,
You can simply not appear in JEE main February session examination, nothing will happen ,you will be marked absent and it will have no effect on your March April and May session .Out of these sessions, the session in which you get the best score will be considered for admission process.
I would still suggest you to appear in JEE main February session even if you feel that you are not ready as by giving february session you will at least get your level of preparation , you will also get to know the examination pattern ,the type of questions which are asked the difficulty level and then you can prepare accordingly in the remaining session and can improve your score in the remaining session.
