If one is in class 12 , then he / she can give Neet examination only if he / she  is appearing for board examination but you have just moved from 11 to 12th and you haven't not appeared for 12th board 2021 so, you are not eligible for neet 2021 . Rather, you will be eligible for Neet 2022 while appearing for your 12th board examination 2022.

Neet eligibility criteria is provided below:-

As per, Neet 2021 eligibility criteria to be eligible you must be either  appearing for 12th board examination 2021  or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

• at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

• at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.
