Hi

It doesn't matter even if your results were announced after Neet application form release, you need to fill the details as per present and right now your exam results are out and you have already passed it.

You need to choose the code 2 .

This is because,

You have have passed your 12th fromJ&k board.
And
code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English.

Here's a short brief of Neet codes :-

--------) Code 1 :- code 1 is for those who are going to appear for class 12th board 2021 examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared

--------) Code 2 :- code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English

--------) Code 3 :- code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology should also contain practical exam.

--------) Code 4 :- pre - medical degree with Physics, chemistry and biology.

--------) Code 5 :- code 5 is for all those who have passed 1 st year graduation with all the three of Physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology

--------) Code 6 :- code 6 is for all those students who have passed BSc with at least any two of following subjects :-

>>>>Physics,

>>>>chemistry ,

>>>>biology/biotechnology

--------) Code 7 :- code 7 is for those who have passed their examination from foreign board which is equivalent of Indian 10+2 board.

I've filled code 1. is there any chance that it's gonna create some problem in the future?

Ashlasha Gupta It won't create any problem.

The only thing is if you choose code 1 , then it won't ask you your class 12th % while filling the form as code 1 is for those who are going to appear for class 12th board 2021 examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared.

But as your results are already out, you should have chosen code 2 and should have filled 12th % .

Anyway,
You can correct your code using correction window. Neet correction window will open on 8th August and the last date to use it is 12th August
