I've qualified jee mains session 1 but my Assam boards mark is 71.4% . Can I get admission into NIT's in 2022? please answer me from the latest official update!

Dear aspirant,

Yes, you are eligible to get admission into NITs in 2022.

This year they have scrapped the minimum 75% requirement due to the pandemic for 2022 admissions. However, this is a one-time measure and not a policy decision yet. Hence, if you have performed well in JEE Mains, you can get admission based on your rank to the institute of your choice.
