I've rank in wbjee evets is 8637 and category rank in sc is 1138,so can I get admission in government college?

Yes according to your rank and category you will get admission in Government Engineering College. Aap per your rank you have chance of getting Purulia Government Engineering College or Coochbehar Government Engineering College and also Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College.
