I've recieved a mail from Delhi University that my application status has been updated but on my application form the status is showing "pending document verification" so do i need to upload any document

hope you are doing well and safe. As per your query , I would glad to inform you that sometimes due to technical error or glitches , sites take time to get updated at front end . I would advise you to wait for some short period of time , if any documents need to be upload again it will be clearly mentioned on the site soon else it will be approved
