i've registered for Stream 1 block 2 in 2020......but wasn't able to pay Jan-Feb 2021 fee....Now what Should I do To appear For April 2021 exams 12th ?

Hello student to appear in STREAM 1 BLOCK 2 April /may examination you've to register yourself on NIOS officially website and make the payment before 16 March. For more details refer to the link mentioned below - https://sdmis.nios.ac.in/
Eligibility - The minimum age to take admission in the Senior Secondary Course is 15 years as on 31st January 2020 (born on or before 31/01/2004)
