I've scored 112 in neet and I belong to sc category. I have any chance in mbbs ?

Yes you do have chance in MBBS, the only reason for it is that you belong to the SC category.
The minimum qualifying marks in NEET 2019 for SC/ST/OBC are 96 marks and you have scored above it so you have qualified NEET.
As for admissions into government medical colleges, students of SC category with a score between 133-107 are eligible for admission into government medical colleges.
However, being eligible does not guarantee a seat in government medical colleges but you have an advantage of being in the SC category.
You should also try for private medical colleges just in case you do not get a confirmed admission in any of the government colleges.
