And your chnces are high to get into a pretty good government college with your UP domicile.
The possibility to Get KING GEORGE MEDICAL COLLEGE, LUCKNOW, is also high which is one of the best known medical college in india after AIIMS, DELHI. Last year a the cut off was 568 for a general category UP domicile candidate,for this college.
You can go for other good colleges in Up as well, but keep KGMS as your ist priority.

First of all congrats for scoring 590 marks in neet 2019. Its really a descent score and you can easily get some top government colleges of uttar pradesh after some rounds of counselling and hope you have a domicile of uttar pradesh then that will also favous a lot.
