I am sorry but you have not mentioned any college or universities that you have applied for.
Most institutes in India take admission on the basis of entrance exams and the few that take admission on the basis of 12th marks is DU and a few colleges of Calcutta University like Asutosh College and Sri Shikshayatan etc.
Assuming that you are asking for DU, your best four will be 95.5 out of which a maximum dedction of 5% is applicable (depending on the college you get admission in ) because you have changed your stream. To know which college you can get you can use
