I've seen most of the times Maharashtra board students studying in class 12th get low marks even few people say They don't give marks on anything except text book language is this true?

It is generally seen that state board students do have complains regarding their marks as compared to students from cbse etc. But they actually do not get biased while making and there is no instructions given to the teachers to check strictly. But it's true that state board has a little strict checking that's why jee mains used to give more weightage to state board students while preparing ranking. So do not get panic.
