I've signed up for Nid b.des and yes on caste section, I ticked for General-Ews and yes I have to upload Ews certificate but later I came to know that I'm not Ews so I made a new account and start fresh ,same phone number used for new account will that affect my admission? also ref. my 2nd question

No, you won't face any problem if the phone number is same in both the applications. Phone number is required for communication purpose. You have submitted multiple applications but you can appear only for one time in the entrance examination. You cannot appear for multiple times for NID B.Des 2021. The application which is complete and in right order will be considered.
