I've Speech & Language Disability, Is I'm eligible for PwD Reservation? Is only Lower Limb Disability is eligible for PwD reservation?

PWD reservations include people suffering from blindness or low vision, hearing impairment, locomotor disability or cerebral palsy.
The PWD reservation is provided in line with the provisions of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995, in posts and services under the Government of India.
