I've team score 480 and cbse 95%. Is it possible to get ECE at CET?

The cut off trends for ece at CET have been as follows:
2016- 905 rank
2017- 1183 rank
As you haven't shared the rank, I cannot tell if you would be able to get into the college.
By the cut off trends, you must have got an idea.
