The eligibility criteria to pursue 3 years llb course is that you need to have a under graduate or post graduate degree from a recognised university with minimum aggregate marks as per the recruitment of the particular Institute. there is few colleges available which offer llb course on evening shift,

Dr BR Ambedkar Law College
University College of Law, Osmania University
however there is no website available for nbm law college, vishakhapatnam. you may directly contact with the college for admission purpose.
