For getting admission in Arts courses, your best of four percentage will be taken into consideration. 74.25% is your best of four score and you have not mentioned the category to which you belong so it's difficult to estimate your chances of getting admission in any college.
As per previous cut off trends, the closing cut offs were around 86-87% (Unreserved category) and 79-80% (Reserved category) for the Arts courses.
