J have got 286/800 marks in manipal 2019 entrance exam. Can I get a seat in manipal engineering ECE??

The closing rank for ECE in MIT Manipal is around 5k, the cutoffs are given on the basis of opening and closing rank only so it is difficult to tell you whether you get admission or not based on your marks only. Please share your rank so that I can tell what options do you have. Otherwise you can check previous year cutoffs of all the courses offered by Manipal by going through the below given link

I have got 11615 rank in this exam can I get ECE or EEE in manipal main campus or in jaipur campus???
