First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance that you deserve both of the nice college and I would like to tell you that based on two choices if you were to take my opinion then I would suggest you to take admission in Jadavpur university because of its placement and college facilities also it's all India rank is above many iit and nit, hence it has edge over other choice.

Definitely,ICT,Mumbai is one of the most finest institute for chemical engineering in India.It actually has a very good faculties and produces at least 10percent Ph.D institute in India.

But Jadavpur University is also one of the oldest institute and it has also good placement scenario .The only difference between both these college is Fee structure.Jadavpur University has actually very less fee as compared to ICT Mumbai.
