Firstly, you need to clarify your course. Every institute or university has its own pros and cons for different fields it provides work in. But still , the professor of iit patna is good at research work as far my knowledge and they definitely help you to do the projects of great level with great dedication. However, if you want to enjoy your life with study , choose Jadavpur. It would serve you both.
