It is a junior college as well as a regular degree college. The college offers all three subject streams of Science, Commerce, and Arts for 12th grade and offers 12 undergraduate programs, 5 postgraduate programs, 1 Research program, and 25 Certificate/Skill development/Value-added Courses, and also several self-financed and vocational courses to improve the employability of the students.
The faculty is well educated with the majority of them with Doctorates. Well approachable for doubt solving. Some are rude but that's an exception. Overall great faculty. Some of them are visiting faculty as they are corporates so they give you insights into how the industry functions so you get practical knowledge too.
Too many companies offer on-campus jobs and excellent opportunities for students. The highest package salary offered is around 25 lakh per annum And the average salary ranges from 1.5 - 2 lakh p.a.
Amity University Mumbai
The university was established under Maharashtra Govt. Act. The campus offers a variety of courses in various undergraduate and postgraduate programs like B.A., B.Tech, B.C.A., M.Sc., M.F.A., M.B.A., M.Tech, and more.
All professors hold a Ph.D. degree. Everybody is well known and has decent industry experience which is very helpful for us. To get insights into the industry and its functioning. All are certified. Everyone has good knowledge about their field.
Students become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester Mostly the companies they refer to are private consultancy firms or Solution businesses Students from B.Tech are preferred more for placement assistance Very few people get good placements so mostly 95% of the class go for their masters.
