All the three National Institutes are more or less good old technical Institutes with excellent infrastructure, faculties and outlook.
However I believe MNIT Jaipur and NIT Kurukshetra have a locational advantage over MANIT Bhopal. Being located near IT and Industrial hubs in Delhi NCR, provides impetus in training and placement opportunities. As far as the former two institutes are concerned, MNIT Jaipur has a better Employer Outlook as well National Ranking than NIT Kurukshetra and races ahead of NIT Kurukshetra as far as Non Core and Circuital Branches are concerned. NIT Kurukshetra is better than MNIT, when compared on basis of Core Branches.
Hence your final order of preference should be
MNIT EE> NIT Kurukshetra EE> MANIT ECE
