Jajamani system or Yajman system was an economic system mostly found in villages of India in which people belonging to lower castes performed various functions for people belonging to upper castes and received grains or other goods in return.

Ryotwari system was a land revenue system introduced by Thomas Munro where land was claimed by Government and allotted directly to the cultivators based on the amount of tax they could pay and the land owners could do whatever they wanted to do on that land.
