Comig to the query, both the colleges are very good in academics and the over all support for Students. Jamia and JNU both are India's reputed universities but they have different kind of work culture.
In my case i will prefer JNU because it gives me more freedom to do new things and explore my ideas as compare to jamia. One more thing which is actually practical JNU is also good and preferable for your study and most of the IT companies visit at both colleges . Jamia has also very good faculty but overall in my point of view jnu is better.

For Master of Computer Applications JMI has In the ‘Grading/scoring of performance of Central Universities by the ministry, Jamia had a score of 90%,
JNI had placements in TCS, Belzabar, Adobe, snapdeal.com, India Infrastructure, jabong.com, Siemens Ltd, Zomato, Hikari Tsushin, Mahindra and Mahindra, ABB Ltd, Navyug Info. so each institution has it's own records in placements.
On the other hand The J.N.University secured 2nd rank in NIRF 2018 and 2019 among all the universities by NIRF for two consecutive years 2017 and 2018. The university topped NAAC ranking with A++ grade.
JNU also has placements in Top companies include Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, IBM, NIIT, Newgen, Wipro, HCL, Sopra, and many more.
J.N.U is some edge when compared to J.N.I, but in terms of education both institutions are the National Institutions with good reputations.
