As your percentile is pretty good that is why you can surely get an NIT. NIT agartala and NIT andhrapradesh is under your list.
Actually it is very tough to say the exact college and branches because every year number of competitor increased and the cut offs are changed.
But as per the previous years record you can have CE, ECE, Chemical Engineering.

As you've scored 97.71 percentile in JEE Mains 2020 examination. And assuming that you're a general category candidate then according to it your rank would be around 19,900-20,000.
At this rank you'll get a lot of NITs but maybe you'll have to compromise with your branch as you won't be getting highly demanded branches in some of the NITs at this rank.
