Don't Miss: JEE Seat Matrix
Brother, let me introduce with some pintch of reality.
Forget about qalifying, isuppose if GEN candidate is getting a 15k rank still, he have no chance to get a seat at IIT.
So, definitely if an aspirant has not cleared the JEE advanced then getting a seat at is out of his/her bond.
Though he can participate in JoSAA, as per his JEE mains scorecard. In that he cannot fill the IIT ollege as choices.
Thank You
