JEE Advance result shows qualified but also shows cutoff not cleared in all categories. What does it mean? Is applying on JoSSA is useless?

Brother, let me introduce with some pintch of reality.

Forget about qalifying, isuppose if GEN candidate is getting a 15k rank still, he have no chance to get a seat at IIT.

So, definitely if an aspirant has not cleared the JEE advanced then getting a seat at is out of his/her bond.

Though he can participate in JoSAA, as per his JEE mains scorecard. In that he cannot fill the IIT ollege as choices.
