Dear student,

This year the JEE advanced paper was of maximum 396 marks means 132 marks for each subject.

Now if you belong from OBC category and want to know whether you have cleared the cutoff of mathematics subject with 20 marks then first let's us look at the cutoff criteria for 2020.

As released by IIT Delhi through the brochure the  minimum subject cutoff for OBC candidates is 9% of total marks of each subject, means you must secure around at least 9% of 132 marks (this year ) in Mathematics subject for clearing the cutoff score.
Means your must score greater than 11.88
And as you have secured 20 marks in mathematics then yes you have qualified the mathematics subject cutoff.
