As per cutoff trends of last few years there are no chances of getting a seat IITs with this rank. A rank within 3000-5000 is needed in case of a OBC candidate to secure a seat in IITs. First of all congratulations that you have given your JEE advanced exam by qualifying your JEE mains this year.
Now as you have got 27000 rank from obc category in JEE advanced then sorry, you cannot get any iit with this much rank.
Because for getting a seat in iit from obc category your rank must be under 5000 in JEE advanced in OBC category and your rank is very far from it.
So there is not even the slightest chance that you can get any iits, but still you can register yourself in josaa counselling.
