Yes, the admit card downloaded from the website is provisional. At the examination centre, identity verification and biometric is done, and then, you will be given the original admit card. Please preserve the original admit card as it will be required for seat acceptance during admission process.

the same thing was also shown the last time but it means that the documents you have uploaded during the exam and your identity will be verified at the centre and then only you can appear as a candidate. you can check this out in some other persons admit card too if you find any discrepancy.
