Both are good it depends on where you want to take admission.

If you are interested to take admission in NITs you can appear for JEE Main Paper II and to take admission in state level government colleges you can appear for NATA exam.

It is advisable to appear for both the exams if you want to make your career in architecture.

It depends on which college you are comparing for.
NITs are good it offers good placements as well.
You should appear for both the exams to have good options in your hand.
