First of all know the syllabus and pattern of the exam well. You have +4 for every correct answer and a negative marking or -1 for every wrong answer. So you need to be very smart while appearing for this national level examination.
As far as studies are concerned, be honest with yourself every single day. Make schedule each day and follow it honestly everyday.
For mathematics and physics, solve more and more mcqs and numericals as much as possible. You can use arihant and cengage books.
For chemistry, you can read more and more. Read and understand as much as possible for inorganic and organic chemistry. For Organic chemistry, developing mcqs approach will also be important. And your basics need to be strong. Get yourself thorough with general organic chemistry, aromatic compounds, etc. For inorganic chemistry, reading again and again is very necessary and also improvise your basics by doing nature of chemical bonds chapter very well.
