National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the JEE Main April 2020 examination. New dates will be announced on 31st March 2020.

Nothing is sure as of now , there's no such news as of neet examination date cancellation or extension by nta officials .
So ,No , neet examination has not supposed to be cancelled or extended or postponed for now
So ,high chances are that Neet examination is going to be conducted on its scheduled date i.e on 3rd may.
Also if its date is extended then nta will notify you in advance officially , so you don't need to worry at all
So you do not need to believe on these rumours, just focus on neet preparation.
