Your general rank would be around 183000 according to your percentile.But your pwd rank will be very good.The official result will be announced by NTA only after the April mains exam .You may get admission in good nit in top branches.You may get admission in Nit jamshedpur, Raipur, Bhopal,Srinagar,Allahabad,Goa,All Northeast Nits,Jaipur etc.

Based on previous year trends in NIT admissiions, chances are less to get admissiion into a top NIT even if you are pwd category.I recommend you to appear for jee main 2019 april session and secure score around 90 percentage which will increase your chance.
