JEE main eligibility criteria - Are Foreign citizens with OCI card who have studied in India all their life have the same privileges as Indian citizens for getting admission to engineering colleges?

Ignore the first answer. Yes they are considered the same. You can take the JEE main exam and then if you qualify you can take JEE advanced.

JEE is strictly for Indian candidates. Foreigners cannot write JEE. But if you are seeking admissions to NIT's and IIIT's you may apply through the DASA or the scheme. You will have to write SAT Subject test in physics,chemistry and mathematics. The fee will be around 4000 dollars per sem.
