Actually jee main cut off keeps varying every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks scored by students, toughness level of exam etc. For example, in the year 2019 the cut off for general category was 89.7548849 percentile, in the year 2018 , qualifying marks or cut off for general category was 74 marks while in the year 2017 it was 81 marks. So , you should better try to get at least 80-100 marks in jee mains to qualify it.

You have not mentioned your category so I assume you are from general category. Last year the qualifying cutoff for unreserved general category in jee mains was 74 marks out of 360. And in 2018, it was 81 marks. Those scoring above get eligible to write the JEE advance exams for IITS.
