According to the previous year data, you have very low chances of getting a seat in the government colleges of Assam. You should apply for state counseling. With this rank, you may not get CSE or other top branches in the colleges. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
