Hi dear,
All the lesson are important because questions are asked from every topics.You should focus on chemistry only NCERT Book is sufficient for a good marks in few days.For maths go for matrix,coordinate geometry, trigonometry and calculus.For physics optics modern physics, electrostatic and magnetism is important.

It varies little bit from year to year but still here you go-
Almost 45% of paper comprises of portion from 11th standard and rest from 12th. This can vary by 5-10%.
All the lessons are must though, Mechanics and Electrostatics will comprise the major part of Physics Paper.
In Mathematics Calculus and Coordinate Geometry questions will be mostly there.
In chemistry Organic will comprise of major part of the paper.
Don't leave any topic incomplete. If you have started any topic then do it with perfection.
