The question paper can't be predicted and you don't know which chapter will appear and which will not. Still, through analysis a data has been formed which provides an idea of the weightage of chapters asked in the exam. You will get the information in the link mentioned below-

The syllabus includes:

Mathematics: Complex Numbers and Quadratic Equations, Matrices and Determinants, Sets, relations and functions, Mathematical Induction, Permutations and combinations, Mathematical Reasoning, Limit, Continuity and differentiability, Integral calculus, 3D Geometry, Differential Equations, Binominal theorem and its simple applications, Vector algebra, Statistics and Probability, Trigonometry, Co-ordinate Geometry.

Physics:

Physical World and Measurement, Kinematics, Laws of Motion, Work, Energy and Power, Motion of System of Particles and Rigid body, Gravitation, Properties of Bulk Matter,Thermodynamics, Behaviour of perfect gas and kinetic theory, Oscillation of waves, Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetic effects of current and magnetism, Electromagnetic induction and alternating currents, Electromagnetic waves, Optics, Dual Nature of matter and radiation, Atoms and nuclei, Electronic devices.

Chemistry: Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry, Structure of Atom, Classification of Elements and Periodicity in Properties, Chemical Bonding and Molecular Structure, State of Matter: Gases and Liquids, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Hydrogen, S-block Element, Some p-block Elements, Organic Chemistry, Hydrocarbons, Environmental Chemistry, Solutions, Chemical Kinetics, Surface Chemistry, General Principles and Processes of Isolation of Elements, D and F Block Elements, Coordination Compounds, Haloalkanes and Haloarenes, Organic Compounds Containing Nitrogen, Biomolecules, Polymers and Chemistry in Everyday life.
