Yes according to my knowledge you can fill jee mains paper 2 form separately after filling the jee main paper1 form.

No we can only edit our form to apply for 2 paper on the date released by cbse we cannot make a new id to fill form separately as our aadhar no can be used once

Yes you can fill the form for the second paper of the jee mains separately
