Yes, if you have not registered for JEE main April session you can apply now.The application from has been reopened and it will be avilable from May 19, 2020- May 24, 2020.You can upload your EWS category certificate if you want to claim EWS reservations.So you can use this oppurtunity,
It's the very same process. You have to do it again if you want to appear the second session. Read the information broucher and follow the guide.
