You can easily get nits.You can check last year cut off rank for more info .You can get your estimated rank from rank predictor.Use this you will be more cleared.

Yes you can get best NIT but not best branch in good NIT. You will get lower branch at TOP NITS and good branch at low NIT.

Absolutely yes,

Once you cross mains cutoff by 20–30 marks than its sure you will get any one of the NIT, but getting your desired branch and college differs based on your mark.

Ya 200 marks are very good for gen category you will get top NIT colleges.and branch.

If you get 200 then your general rank would be around 8000-12000 so surely you can get top nits but will not get top branches there , so either you will get top branches like electrical ( you will never get CS with 200 Marks) in lower nits and in top nits you will get branches like mechanical, chemical, metallurgy etc.
