You can only grab a good top notch college if get AIR rank 1 or you become the topper of the exam but you won't get any scholarships as far as I know. When you grab a college and you perform well in the semester examinations then it's possible for you to get any scholarships from college. You need to maintain your SGPA. Also, if you have joined any coaching institute for your preparation you can ask for some some leverage from that institute.

The answer is 'No'

Having said that i am not considering the JEE Main coaching centers rewards and printing pics, giving lakhs to rankers as a scholarship. Because what they is do is for their institute benefits. Also there will be many foundations which may give money to adverstise themselves so it cannot be called as scholarship but it is a smart bussiness.

Coming back to actual reason, see by getting top ranks in JEE Main, you can get top NITs which is much much more than getting any type of scholarship.

And after you get into college there you have to pay the same fees that other candidates will pay. There will no division in any facility at all.
