as expected from 2018 admission report, the cutoff of HBTU was approximatiy
41580 for Bio Chemical engg.
30316 for Chemical Engg.
18213 for computer science.
30473 for civil engg.
20156 for Electronic engg.
so according to this rank you will have to obtain at least 90% percentile in JEE main.and also for take admission in HBTU you shoud have passed intermediate examination of U.P Board or 10+2 level examination or it's equivalent from any recognized Board/University without grace and with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks (55% for sc/st)in three compulsory subjects PCM.
you should also have studied a minimum of five subjects (including PCM and English).

to get a seat in that university you have to get a rank of around 40000AIR so you need a percentile of about 90 percentile for general catogery and for OBC it will be about 85 percentile and for ST and SC you need of about 65 percentile to get aseat in the university of HBTU so all the best for your comming exams and hope that you will get a seat in HBTU
