Hello dear aspirant,

JEE Exam occurs twice a year. it consist of two types of Mains cut off :

1) qualifying cut off marks

2) admission cut off marks

The qualifying cut off marks is a minimum marks has to be scored to qualify for JEE Advanced and the admission cut off marks is a minimum marks has to be secured to get admission into participating institution.

JEE MAINS qualifying cut off marks are published by NTA ( National test agency)

There are certain factors to be considered for deciding JEE MAINS cut off:

1) Number of candidates appearing for exam

2) total number of seats available

3) difficulty level of exam

4) Number of candidates applying for a course

Cut off marks of Paper 1 of 2019 for SC Category was 44.3

As per the analysis of jee main cut off there is decrement in marks .

Hope you get your answer.

Dear Aspirant

JEE Main qualifying marks differ by some factors like

-difficulty level of exam

-no of candidates attended exam

-no of seats available etc.

Basing on the previous years the qualifying marks be like

2019-44.3

2018-24

2017-27

2016-48

2015-44

so,you need to wait until the government releases the exact results. They will release the cut off after the results have been released.

Hello Dharma,

The cutoff will depend upon the performance of student's in all the shifts.

But as per last year scenario for ST candidate the cutoff will be around 40-45 percentile i.e. 24-30 marks in JEE Main.

Hope this helps.All the best!!
