If you want to get a lower branch in lower nits then also you have a very negligible chance.

If you belong from home state quota then you can get Computer Science Engineering in :-

Nit Manipur
Nit mizoram

Apart from these nits you can not get computer science and engineering branch in any nit even if you belong from home state quota.
And if you are an other student, then there is not a slightest chance that you can get any branch in any nits.

Better you try at some other private institutions.
