Jee papper 2A in question paper in pyq how many mark in pass this exam
Hello,
For passing the JEE Main Paper 2A (for B.Arch), there is no fixed "pass mark" as the exam doesn't have a minimum passing score. Instead, qualifying for admission depends on the NTA percentile score and the cutoff rank set by participating colleges and institutes.
Important Points:
- Marking Scheme: Usually, the JEE Main Paper 2A carries 400 marks (Mathematics: 100, Aptitude: 200, and Drawing: 100).
Passin g Criteria:
- The candidate should have a percentile score of above 70–80% to get admission in NITs, IIITs, or GFTIs.
- The Percentile / Rank will depend upon the colleges offered in SPA Delhi, NIT Trichy, etc.
Minimum Qualifying Percentile: Although 50% aggregate in PCM in Class 12 is a must, general candidates must have obtained the minimum qualifying percentile in JEE Main Paper 2A.
Percentage Relaxation: The following relaxation will be given while considering the percentiles for the respective reserved categories.
For an improvement, try scoring a rank that falls in the top 15,000 ranks nationwide for good architecture colleges. For more about recent cutoff trends, visit NTA JEE Main Portal or Careers360 JEE Guide .
