Congratulations for your 12 marks . Even your jee rank is also good ( not bad) . But at this rank you won't get any nits , IIITs. There are few seats in North East nits in lower branch like biotech and in some gfti's which you can get with your rank but not a good branch. If you want CSE or ECE then you should go for good private colleges. Even there are few colleges which  take admission on the basis of 12 marks like kiet , gl bajaj etc in uptu. Few South India college like Anna university and ssn college.

Or you can also go for Bangalore colleges like RV , BMS or Ramaiah.

You should go for northeastern NIT or GFTI if you really want a college this year. I will suggest you to take a year drop because you will not get a good branch there. You will get branches like food processing which may not be a good option for you.
