Predicting college is difficult as it depends on number of factors such as:
- No. Of Candidates willing for a particular branch and college
- Difficulty level of examination
- Category one belongs to
- Home State in case of NITs
Now, with your rank it's difficult to get CSE in any NIT or IIITs. For other branches you might have chances in HBTU or NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Sikkim, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, NIT Manipur, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Mizoram, NIT Raipur, NIT Agartala if any one of them is home state to you.
Some colleges you can consider are:
- MIT, Pune
- Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune
- Chandigarh University
- Lovely Professional University, Phagwara
- Amrita School Of Engineering, Coimbatore
- School of Engineering, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun

Hello Nilesh,
As the officially JEE MAIN cut-off marks and rank of this year has not released for all top instituions in India by NTA (National Testing Agency) till now, we can't make any accurate statement about the precise cut-off marks of any NIT, IIIT or GFTI in India. Still as per our experience and previous years' cut-off trend, it's obvious that being a General-UR candidate you can't get any opportunity in any renowned NIT, IIIT or GFTI in any branch with this rank. You can check in the following articles for reference:
